블록체이스(BLOCK CHASE) 이용약관

이 약관은 Chae Lab(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 블록체이스(BLOCK CHASE)(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건, 특히 이용자가 직접 만든 던전을 다른 이용자에게 공개하는 던전 갤러리 기능에 적용됩니다. 던전을 공개하려면 이 약관에 동의해야 하며, 공개 던전을 플레이하는 모든 이용자에게도 이 약관이 적용됩니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

1. 던전 갤러리란

이용자는 유저 던전 제작 기능으로 던전을 만들고, 직접 클리어해 증명한 뒤 던전 갤러리에 공개할 수 있습니다. 공개된 던전은 앱의 모든 이용자에게 표시되며, 누구나 도전·추천·난이도 평가를 할 수 있습니다.

2. 공개 자격과 한도

던전 추격(캠페인) 지하 100층을 클리어한 이용자만 던전을 공개할 수 있습니다.
제작자가 직접 테스트 클리어한 던전만 공개할 수 있습니다.
한 기기에서 동시에 공개할 수 있는 던전은 최대 5개입니다. 기존 던전을 내리면 새 던전을 공개할 수 있습니다.

3. 공개되는 정보

던전을 공개하면 다음 정보가 모든 이용자에게 표시됩니다: 던전 구성(판), 던전 이름, 제작자 유저명, 아바타, 기준 난이도, 등록일. 그 밖에 플레이 수, 클리어 수, 추천 수, 도전자 난이도 평가가 집계되어 함께 표시됩니다. 기기 식별자는 표시되지 않습니다.

4. 금지되는 콘텐츠와 행위

던전 이름, 유저명 등 이용자가 입력하는 모든 텍스트에 다음 내용을 포함할 수 없습니다.

욕설, 비속어, 성적인 표현
인종·국적·성별·종교·장애·성적 지향 등에 대한 혐오·차별 표현
특정인에 대한 괴롭힘, 협박, 명예훼손
폭력·자해·범죄를 조장하는 표현
타인의 개인정보(실명, 연락처, 주소 등)
타인·단체·개발자를 사칭하는 이름
상표권·저작권 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 이름
광고, 홍보, 스팸, 반복 등록
신고·차단·자동 숨김 등 안전 기능을 우회하려는 행위

5. 신고와 차단

공개 던전 카드를 펼치면 신고 버튼과 이 유저 차단 버튼이 있습니다. 누구나 사용할 수 있습니다.
신고하면 해당 던전은 신고한 이용자의 목록에서 즉시 숨겨지고, 개발자에게 전달됩니다.
차단하면 해당 제작자의 공개 던전이 차단한 이용자의 목록에서 모두 숨겨집니다. 차단은 갤러리 목록 맨 아래에서 해제할 수 있습니다.
이메일(chaejs21@gmail.com)로도 신고할 수 있습니다.

6. 위반 시 조치

신고가 3건 누적된 던전은 자동으로 목록에서 숨겨지고 개발자가 검토합니다.
개발자는 검토 결과에 따라 던전을 삭제하거나 복구할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 개별 통지하지 않을 수 있습니다.
반복적으로 위반하는 이용자(기기)는 던전 공개 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
개발자는 신고가 없더라도 이 약관에 위반된다고 판단되는 던전을 숨기거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

7. 목록 정리 규칙

공개 던전이 100개를 넘으면, 매일 호응도(플레이 대비 추천·클리어 비율)가 낮은 던전부터 목록에서 내려갑니다.
등록 후 14일이 지나지 않은 던전은 정리 대상에서 제외됩니다.
목록에서 내려간 던전도 제작자의 "내 던전"에는 남아 있고, 이미 공유된 던전 코드는 계속 플레이할 수 있습니다.

8. 콘텐츠에 대한 권리

이용자가 만든 던전의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 던전을 공개하면 이용자는 개발자에게 해당 던전과 함께 표시되는 정보를 앱 안에서 저장·표시·배포하고, 다른 이용자가 플레이할 수 있도록 하는 비독점적 권리를 허락한 것으로 봅니다. 이 권리는 이용자가 던전을 내리거나 삭제를 요청하면 종료됩니다.

9. 공개 내리기와 삭제

제작자는 언제든지 앱의 내 던전 카드에서 갤러리에서 내리기를 눌러 공개를 중단할 수 있습니다.
서버에 남은 기록까지 삭제하려면 개인정보처리방침의 삭제 요청 절차(이메일)를 이용합니다.

10. 책임의 제한

공개 던전은 이용자가 만든 것으로, 개발자는 그 내용을 사전에 모두 검토하지 않습니다. 개발자는 신고에 따라 합리적인 기간 안에 조치하며, 서비스는 무료로 제공되는 범위에서 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 서버 장애 등으로 공개 목록을 일시적으로 이용할 수 없더라도 게임의 다른 기능은 정상적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.

11. 약관의 변경

이 약관은 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 던전을 계속 공개하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These terms govern the use of the mobile puzzle game BLOCK CHASE (the "app") by Chae Lab (the "developer"), in particular the Dungeon Gallery, where players publish dungeons they created so that other players can challenge them. You must agree to these terms before publishing a dungeon, and they apply to everyone who plays published dungeons. Personal data is handled under our separate Privacy Policy.

1. What the Dungeon Gallery is

You can build a dungeon in the Dungeon Editor, prove it is clearable by clearing it yourself, and publish it to the Dungeon Gallery. Published dungeons are visible to all users of the app, who can play, recommend and rate them.

2. Eligibility and limits

Only players who have cleared floor 100 of Dungeon Chase (campaign) can publish.
Only dungeons you have test-cleared yourself can be published.
Up to 5 dungeons per device can be public at the same time. Unpublish one to publish another.

3. Information shown publicly

When you publish, the following is shown to all users: the dungeon layout, dungeon name, creator name, avatar, base difficulty and publish date, together with aggregated play, clear, recommendation and player-rating counts. Your device identifier is never shown.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

Any text you enter (dungeon name, creator name, etc.) must not contain:

Profanity, obscenity or sexual content
Hate or discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or similar
Harassment, threats or defamation of any person
Promotion of violence, self-harm or crime
Other people's personal information (real names, contact details, addresses)
Impersonation of any person, organization or the developer
Trademarks, copyrighted names or other content that infringes third-party rights
Advertising, promotion, spam or repeated publishing
Attempts to circumvent reporting, blocking or automatic hiding

5. Reporting and blocking

Every public dungeon card has a Report button and a Block creator button. Anyone can use them.
Reporting immediately hides the dungeon from your list and sends the report to the developer.
Blocking hides all public dungeons by that creator from your list. You can unblock at the bottom of the gallery list.

6. Enforcement

A dungeon that receives 3 reports is automatically hidden from the list and reviewed by the developer.
The developer may remove or restore a dungeon after review, without individual notice.
Devices that repeatedly violate these terms may lose the ability to publish.
The developer may hide or remove any dungeon that violates these terms even without reports.

7. List maintenance

When more than 100 dungeons are public, dungeons with the lowest engagement (recommendations and clears relative to plays) are removed from the list daily.
Dungeons published less than 14 days ago are exempt.
Removed dungeons remain in the creator's "My dungeons", and shared dungeon codes keep working.

8. Rights in your content

You keep the rights to the dungeons you create. By publishing, you grant the developer a non-exclusive right to store, display and distribute the dungeon and its accompanying information within the app so that other users can play it. This right ends when you unpublish the dungeon or request its deletion.

9. Unpublishing and deletion

You can stop publishing at any time with Unpublish on your dungeon card in the app.
To delete the remaining server records, follow the deletion request procedure in the Privacy Policy (email).

10. Limitation of liability

Public dungeons are user-created and are not all reviewed in advance. The developer acts on reports within a reasonable time. The service is provided free of charge "as is". If the public list is temporarily unavailable, all other game features continue to work.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated for legal or service reasons. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to publish after a change means you accept the updated terms.
