Chae Lab(이하 "개발자")은 모바일 퍼즐 게임 모아텐(MoaTEN)(이하 "앱")을 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 수집·보관하는지, 이용자가 어떻게 삭제를 요청할 수 있는지를 설명합니다.
앱은 온라인 주간 랭킹 기능을 제공하기 위해 아래 정보만을 수집합니다. 회원가입, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진 등은 수집하지 않습니다.

위 정보는 모두 선택적이며, 인터넷에 연결되지 않은 상태나 Firebase 연결이 실패한 경우에도 게임은 정상적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.
개인 기록, 이어하기 데이터, 언어·소리·진동 설정, 튜토리얼 완료 여부는 이용자의 기기 내부 저장소(브라우저 localStorage)에만 저장되며 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
수집한 정보를 광고, 마케팅, 프로필 분석 등 위 목적 외의 용도로 사용하지 않습니다.
수집한 정보는 Google LLC가 제공하는 Firebase(Cloud Firestore, Authentication)에 저장됩니다. Google은 개발자를 대신하여 데이터를 보관·처리하는 위탁업체이며, Google의 개인정보 보호 정책(policies.google.com/privacy)이 함께 적용됩니다.
모든 데이터는 HTTPS로 암호화되어 전송됩니다.
개발자는 수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매, 제공, 공유하지 않습니다. 다만 랭킹 화면에서 별명과 점수는 다른 이용자에게 공개적으로 표시됩니다. 익명 사용자 ID는 화면에 표시되지 않습니다.
현재 앱은 광고를 표시하지 않으며 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 향후 광고를 도입하는 경우 이 방침을 개정하고 앱과 스토어 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.
삭제 요청 방법
아래 이메일로 사용 중인 별명과 대략적인 마지막 플레이 시기를 알려주시면, 해당 기록(익명 ID, 별명, 게임 기록)을 서버에서 삭제합니다. 앱 자체를 삭제하실 필요는 없습니다.

기기 내에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하거나 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 연령·생년월일 등을 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 요청은 7항의 이메일로 접수합니다. 별명은 앱 안에서 직접 변경할 수 있습니다.
이 방침은 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

The app collects only the following to provide the weekly online leaderboard. We do not collect email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or account credentials.

All of the above is optional. The game works fully offline or when Firebase is unavailable.
Personal records, resume data, language/sound/vibration settings, and tutorial status are stored only on your device (browser localStorage) and are never sent to our servers.
We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Authentication), operated by Google LLC as our data processor. Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) also applies. All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. Your nickname and score are visible to other players on the leaderboard; the anonymous ID is never displayed.
The app currently shows no ads and does not collect advertising identifiers. If ads are introduced, this policy will be updated and announced.
Email chaejs21@gmail.com with your nickname and approximate last play date. We will delete the matching anonymous ID, nickname, and game records from the server. You do not need to uninstall the app.
On-device data can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing browser data.
The app is not directed at children under 14 and does not collect age or date of birth. If we learn that a child's data was collected, we will delete it immediately.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time via the email above. Your nickname can be changed directly in the app.
This policy may be updated for legal or service reasons. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
